Before The Ride

Prior to the ride training is given to all Captains as they undergo a very thorough screening process. The screening process makes sure that the safety and security of the customers is always kept in mind by the Captains.

During The Ride

Insurance cover is provided by M-Ride for every ride. This is in-case of the emergency the customer can call our 24/7 Call Centre anytime. The other option is using the Alert button that will be available globally in most countries.

After The Ride

The Post ride procedures are for the ratings of the Captains of M-Ride. M-Ride is working continuously for the identification and minimizing any potential risks involved.

Safety Measures for Captains

Before The Ride

Prior to the ride, the measures for Captains include checking the customer’s rating before accepting any ride. M-Ride will also protect the customers through an advanced techno-integrated system i.e. for the marking of dangerous areas through latest technology.

During The Ride

The captains are being provided with insurance deals per ride in case there is an emergency. Our 24/7 Call Centre is not only for the customers, but also for Captains discomfort regards to any customer. The other way is pressing an alert button, an option that will be available globally in most countries.

After The Ride

Our dedicated team is working 24/7 for the sake of Safety & Security of both customers & captains. M-Ride will definitely make sure that the driver’s experience is a pleasant one and secure in terms of most of the aspects.
